Here are the specifics of what you will get with this program:
1.) Once you register you will set up your own Username and Passcode access to the Members Area of the Confident Leaders’ Training Camp site.
2.) Two weeks prior to the start of the Training Camp we will have an introductory webinar to go over the details and logistics so you can get the most out of your participation.
2.) The week the program starts, September 3rd - you will receive an e-mail notifying you that I’ve posted the lesson. You will have one full week to listen to the lesson recording and work through the lesson.

Hi, I’m Skip Weisman, and I feel incredibly sad when I hear the frustration in the voices of organizational leaders that attend my live workshops or send me e-mails with questions on how to effective lead their teams and create a greater sense of ownership among employees.
Having spent 20-years in Minor League Professional Baseball management, I was fortunate to work in an industry where it was relatively easy to motivate employees. I mean, who couldn’t be motivated by going to a ballpark everyday to go to work.
But, in looking back at those years when I was leading teams of employees from 2-200, I made a lot of mistakes in learning how to lead others.
And, frighteningly, I’m seeing the exact same mistakes, the ones I used to make in my early years as a young leader, in the clients that ask me to work with them.
I believe leaders are made, not born. Some people may be more natural leaders than others, and I can tell you from experience, I was one of the unnatural leaders. I had to learn my own way to becoming an effective leader because it did not come innately to me, nor did I come through the ranks with great role models to follow.
Like you, I had to figure it out on my own.
For the past 15-years I have immersed myself in helping organizational leaders improve their approach to leading their organizations to raise the bar on employee morale, employee motivation, employee engagement, organizational teamwork and leadership throughout their organization.
